What we do in training should help us to perform to the best of our ability, whether that's in a particular sport or our daily lives. To be able to move without pain, without restrictions. To be healthier, stronger, faster, fitter, more confident, more focused, and better balanced both physically and mentally.

About me
I am Amy aka Budgie, a World Medallist and European Taekwon-Do Champion with over 16 years of experience in competitive sport. I have previously managed an Exercise Referral Department, working with individuals who have suffered from chronic illnesses and disabilities. Among several formal qualifications, I am certified with the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation.
My speciality is strength training. I focus on using strength platforms for explosive performance, building bulletproof bodies, and developing key athletic capacities.
I offer online training anywhere and personal training at The Gym in Redhill. From my personal experience of competing, I know the support, motivation, and guidance that coaches and teammates can bring. I aim to play both roles. To be in your corner and to help you achieve more than you thought you could.

MY APPROACH
My approach is all about understanding you, your goals, and how best to support you in achieving them. I look to give you the self-belief that you have what it takes to exceed expectations and become the best you can be. Don’t ever doubt yourself.
