What sort of personal trainer am I?
Through my coaching experience, I have found that people who train for performance (whether that be to perform a set of pull-ups, improve their time on a run or numbers on a lift), are happier, more consistent with their training, and are less stressed in general.
​
This is down to my process as a coach. I work with my athletes. I get them to see that they are not defined by how they look and what they weigh. For them to see their body as this amazing tool that allows them to walk, run, cycle, jump, and lift.
​
Your body is not the enemy. Work with it rather than against and not only will you achieve your goals, you’ll surpass them!
