my training to be an international athlete; through the formal qualifications I have completed, and the experience gained in my career as a Personal Trainer and while running an Exercise Referral Department.

Rugby & Outrigger Canoe Athlete

I had recently moved to Earlswood, Redhill (from North West London) having purchased a new family home. Firstborn had arrived and I had recently retired from playing Rugby Union, on doing so I decided I wanted to turn to Outrigger Canoe Paddling, one of the sports I was actively involved with when living in my home country of New Zealand. At this point I decided to research personal trainers in the local area, I found Amy 'Budgie' Burgess's profile. I contacted her to see if she was around for a chat, and she was more than happy to, so we scheduled in a time that suited to meet at the gym.
